Our CorrespondentTarn Taran, June 15Two bikers snatched Rs 2 lakh from a man in Bhikhiwind, 35 km from here, on Saturday. The victim, Heera Singh, had come out of a bank after withdrawing cash when the snatchers targeted him. Victim Heera Singh is a retired employee of Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL). He said that he had come to the local branch of State Bank of India (SBI), situated at the main Amritsar-Khemkaran road. The moment he came out of the bank, two motorcycle-borne men came from Amritsar side and snatched Rs 2 lakh from him.
