Amritsar, June 20Pensioners will launch an agitation for cashless insurance scheme and other pending demands. Pensioners under the presidentship of Madan Gopal organised a meeting at Company Bagh here on Thursday. They condemned the lackadaisical attitude of the state government towards their genuine and long pending demands. They demanded reintroduction of the cashless health insurance scheme and release of pending DA. Other members Madan Lal Mannan and Lakhbir Singh said the pensioners must join the agitation launched by the state government employees.
