Chef Moh Ahmad from Taj Mahal Hotel, Lucknow, brings to you a specially curated menu from Lucknow. Ahmad holds five years of experience and belongs to the family of rakabdars of Nawabs, the family of famous Chef Jalil, who hails from Bharaich near Lucknow. Celebrating the Independence Day, Taj Swarna also hosted the Sindhi food festival as a part of Partition Remembrance Day celebrations in collaboration with the Partition Museum. Lucknow Food Festival is on till August 25.
