Amritsar, August 19 Visiting the land of nawabs and nation’s culinary heritage, the Awadhi cuisine, Lucknow, Taj Swarna is hosting the Awadhi Cuisine festival. Celebrating the distinct individuality and identity of nawabi cuisine, the festival features recipes that are not only about the ingredients but also the way they are made and presentation of the dish. Chef Moh Ahmad from Taj Mahal Hotel, Lucknow, brings to you a specially curated menu from Lucknow. Ahmad holds five years of experience and belongs to the family of rakabdars of Nawabs, the family of famous Chef Jalil, who hails from Bharaich near Lucknow. Wholesome traditional dishes like kushrang paneer, subj yakhani biryani palak tamatar, corn ki bhurjee, jhinge ka salan, machali ka korma, lagan ka murg, nahari gosht, khoya khubani kebab and many more, a sumptuous array of kebabs are tempting enough to dive in for more. Celebrating the Independence Day, Taj Swarna also hosted the Sindhi food festival as a part of Partition Remembrance Day celebrations in collaboration with the Partition Museum. Lucknow Food Festival is on till August 25.
