Workshop on dentistry begins at govt college

Tribune News ServiceAmritsar, August 24A two-day national workshop on dentistry was inaugurated at Government Dental College here today. The workshop was inaugurated by medical education and research minister OP Soni. The purpose behind organising the event is to discuss benign tumours of jaw and salivary glands. As many as 100 delegates and 28 speakers from across the country attended the event. Organising chairperson of the workshop and principal Dr Jeevan Lata said the event would help practitioners update their knowledge.

Amritsar, August 24 A two-day national workshop on dentistry was inaugurated at Government Dental College here today. The workshop was inaugurated by medical education and research minister OP Soni. The purpose behind organising the event is to discuss benign tumours of jaw and salivary glands. As many as 100 delegates and 28 speakers from across the country attended the event. Lectures and table discussions were held on different topics besides live surgeries. Professor emeritus Dr JN Khanna was the guest of Honour. He congratulated the organising team. Organising chairperson of the workshop and principal Dr Jeevan Lata said the event would help practitioners update their knowledge.
