DAV alumni recall old memories

This event was organised under guidance of Principal Rajesh Kumar, association’s general secretary Prof Sunil Sachdeva and president SK Sehgal. Narottam Bhalla, vice president of DAV College Alumni Association, said, “It is a privilege to be part of DAV. During the meet, various cultural items were also performed by college students. Sunil Sachdeva, general secretary of association, said such events were helpful in revitalising the golden days through energy and experience of outstanding alumni.

Amritsar, November 3 DAV College Amritsar Alumni Association organised a reunion meet ‘Andaz 2019 for the old students of the College at Arsh Auditorium on Sunday. This event was organised under guidance of Principal Rajesh Kumar, association’s general secretary Prof Sunil Sachdeva and president SK Sehgal. Principal Rajesh Kumar, while sharing his experience, said the main motive behind organising the reunion was to develop multi-level bridge between a large number of alumni of different batches and present college students. Narottam Bhalla, vice president of DAV College Alumni Association, said, “It is a privilege to be part of DAV. The college is striving hard to remain at the top in every possible way.” Prof Rakesh Sharma, Surgery, Government Medical College, and founder president of the Voice of Amritsar, said, “Remembering those days makes our current life refreshing and energetic.” Recalling his past days at the college, MC Estate Officer Sushant Bhatia said it was a great moment to visit the same place after such a long time. During the meet, various cultural items were also performed by college students.
