Our CorrespondentTarn Taran, November 8Students of Nishan-E-Sikhi Institute of Science and Training (NDA wing), Khadoor Sahib, 25 km from here, under the supervision of Padma Shri awardee, Baba Sewa Singh, head of the Khadoor Sahib Kar Sewa sect, planted saplings on both sides of NH 54, near Piddi village. Baba Baldev Singh of the kar sewa sect said here on Friday that banyan (bohar) plants were planted on the Harike-Amritsar road near Tarn Taran Deputy Commissioner’s office. Baba Baldev Singh said move was part of the 550th Parkash Purb of Guru Nanak Dev. Around 75 students participated in the sapling plantation drive
