A large number of rats and their holes have become a cause of concern for not only tourists but also local residents who visit here. These holes and rats can pose health problems to the visitors. Manjot Singh, a shopkeeper, said, “The Ghee Mandi chowk is situated at the entrance of the Heritage Street and green belt in the roundabout has not been attended for a long, leaving it without grass and vegetation. Kulbir Singh, another resident said, the presence of a large number of rats offered an ugly look and an unhygienic environment to visitors.
