Police strict on celebratory fire

He said they can take the form from the arms license branch and submit the same without delay. They would have to submit A-14 form to to the arms licence branch regarding this declaration. The DCP asked the owners to display boards mentioning firearm-free zone at the entrance and other prominent points on their premises.

Amritsar, July 20 Police officials, led by DCP Amrik Singh Pawar, held a meeting with the owners of hotels, guesthouses and marriage palaces here today. They urged them to ensure that their premises remain free of firearms. This is the second meeting in one week. The DCP asked the owners to display boards mentioning firearm-free zone at the entrance and other prominent points on their premises. They would have to submit A-14 form to to the arms licence branch regarding this declaration. He said only security guards can have their weapons inside the complex. He said they can take the form from the arms license branch and submit the same without delay. He said this has been made mandatory under Arms rules 2016.
