Amritsar, July 20 To fight fear, one must face it head-on, go through innumerable encounters and use courage and determination as ammunition to conquer it. Now, this seems to be the mantra for the 12 apprehensive contestants, all TV stars, who made their way to Spain, where they were challenged with harsh weather and extreme stunts on a difficulty meter that was soaring high. Reigning God of Action in Bollywood, Rohit Shetty, will be testing the limits of fear for these contestants in the upcoming season of Fear Factor. "One can be sure of death-defying manoeuvres and nail biting acts that promise to take viewers for an unprecedented adrenalin-filled ride," said actor Ritwik Dhanjani, one of the contestants of the show. In city to promote the show with fellow contestant Nia Sharma, the actors define their experience on the show as challenging. "Host Rohit Shetty is a tough taskmaster enhancing the contestants' troubles but also served as a disciplinarian and a mentor, keeping a constant check on our performances. Everyone on the show, whether it was Geeta Phogat, Monica Dogra, Karan Wahi and others, shared a great chemistry and were pushed to their limits, physically and mentally," said Rithwik. Speaking about being a part of the show and visiting Amritsar, Nia Sharma said, “Khatron Ke Khiladi for me was all about taking up new challenges and fighting my inner fears. The challenges were fierce and we met many roadblocks. There were tears, injuries and a lot of sweat. But at the end of the day, it was worth it and I am proud of myself for being able to push myself through it all.” I am very happy to be in Amritsar today and I am looking forward to feasting on some delicious Punjabi food."
