At a recent event in Aurangabad , women came together to celebrate womanhood through their event Bhagini Mahotsav . Around four thousand women participated in the celebration. Inspired by Rajesh Kshirsagar Foundation, Bhagini Manch was launched to give woman a platform to give wings to their dreams. For the past eight years, the platform has been supporting women on various causes. The(saving group) have let the women start up their own businesses on their own and helped them financially. Like every year they came together to sing and dance for the occasion. Many women shared poetic lines on womanhood. They donned themselves in colourful saris and dressed and spoke about their experiences on the stage. They were thankful to the foundation as to giving them a platform like this to go ahead in life. They also spoke about how they experienced changed by being independent. Post the event, women were seen enjoying dinner as they also spoke to each other.
