Aurangabadkars enjoyed traditional songs through kirtan

Kirtan is nothing but traditional songs of the lords and this one was dedicated to lord Vitthal. The old-school charm of traditional songs has been lost and to catch a glimpse of it, Baliram Patil Vidyalaya in Aurangabad organisedby Chaitanya Maharaj Deglurkar at their school ground. The event saw a perfect gathering of traditional songs along with merriment amongst the visitors. Not only this, there was also a shoba yatra organised wherein more than 500 hundred devotees participated in the walk. The event started at the crack of dawn with kakde aarti at 4 am and thereon went the whole day.

Kirtan is nothing but traditional songs of the lords and this one was dedicated to lord Vitthal. More than five thousand devotes attended the kirtan katha. The event started at the crack of dawn with kakde aarti at 4 am and thereon went the whole day. After offering the aarti, the event took to reciting the hanuman chalisa . Not only this, there was also a shoba yatra organised wherein more than 500 hundred devotees participated in the walk. Many citizens were seen participating in the noble cause by distributing prasad and other eatables. Devotees kept on going and coming as the musical went on till late night. The event saw a perfect gathering of traditional songs along with merriment amongst the visitors.
