Ex-MP arrested for usurping land belonging to college staff members

AURANGABAD: Gadekar said that following a complaint lodged on December 16, 2017 by former principal of the college B S Solunke , the police registered an offence against six people including Dudhgaonkar, talathi Dattatreya Kadam, retired talathi Raosaheb Patil Tukaram Pawar and Vijay Kulthe (both retired mandal officers) and retired naib tehsildar V G Gaikwad.Gadekar said the college staff had bought the 16.8-acre land on the outskirts of Parbhani in the name of the society's chief promoter, Narayan Bulange , a few years ago. However, in 2012, Dudhgaonkar changed the entries with the help of the revenue staff, mainly talathi Kadam, and forged the record in 2012 to show the land to have been purchased by him.Gadekar said that while investigations in the case were in progress, Kadam approached the Parbhani sessions court seeking anticipatory bail.
