Aurangabad, Aug 12 (PTI) If Shiv Sena workers receive police notices in Maharashtra over any agitation, they should burn them publicly, said party leader Ambadas Danve on Friday.Danve, a member of the Shiv Sena faction led by party president Uddhav Thackeray, was a couple of days ago appointed the Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council."If (prohibitory) notices are given to Shiv Sainiks (over any agitation) then these notices should be burnt publicly. Shiv Sainiks are not afraid of such offences. If an activist (of the Sena) does not have such offences registered against him, then he is of no use...I am saying this even as the Leader of Opposition," he said while talking to reporters in Nanded in central Maharashtra.The Sena legislator also tweeted over the issue.
