Ashish also allegedly hit his head on the paver blocks, leaving him with serious head injuries. Aurangabad: A rickshaw driver who was allegedly assaulted by a hotel owner, his son and staff about 10 days back in Jalna, succumbed to his injuries at the Government Medical College and Hospital here late on Tuesday night.Soon after the driver, Naser Ismail Syed, a resident of Millat Nagar in Jalna, about 60 km from here, was assaulted on July 7, Jalna police arrested six of the seven suspects on various charges, including rioting and attempt to murder. Police added section 302 of the IPC soon after Syed died.Those arrested include hotelier Ankushrao Raut's son Ashish (36) and five staffers of the hotel.Inspector Yogesh Gawde of Chandanzira police station in Jalna said a hunt is under way for the main suspect, Ankushrao.Naser was driving his friend Jawed Khan's autorickshaw and reached Vishal Corner on Jalna Road around 11 pm and waited for passengers in front of Hotel Dwarka owned by Ankushrao, police said.Ankushrao took objection to the rickshaw being parked in front of his hotel and allegedly abused Jawed.
