Sex racket: Two Delhi-based women, one local man held

Bareilly: Two Delhi-based women and one local man were on Thursday morning arrested for their alleged involvement in sex racket that was being run in Chandpur village under Bithri Chainpur police station. An FIR has been lodged against all the four accused.The arrested women — originally hailing from Bengal — are currently residing in Delhi. The local woman, who managed to escape, and one Vicky Rathore, 28, are brokers, police said.Circle officer (CO) Neeti Dwivedi said, “Acting on a tip-off, we raided a house and nabbed the accused, while one woman managed to flee. During interrogation, the arrested women said they live in Delhi’s Khanpur locality under Thigadi police station and have come to Bareilly on a call made by the brokers.”“The accused’s links with a big sex racket network in Delhi cannot be denied.
