Shahjahanpur: The body of a man who was missing since Wednesday evening was found from his vacant house in Gola city in Lakhimpur Kheri district on Thursday morning.As the man’s motorcycle was found parked outside the vacant house in Raghav Kunj Punjabi colony in the city, his wife went and opened the premises. The pistol was probably used for the murder, police suspect.According to police, Sudhir Mishra was last seen by his family members at 8 pm on Wednesday. The two were seen driving away on Sudhir Mishra’s motorcycle and never returned.Station officer of Gola police station told TOI, “The deceased was a businessperson and use to run a financial firm in the city. We have filed an FIR under IPC section 302 (murder) on the complaint of the victim’s father, Shyam Sundar Mishra. We are also scanning his mobile call records to find out whom he was in contact with before getting killed.”
