After watching the video, SSP Goud has suspended both constables and sent them to Police Lines.” MORADABAD: Taking cognizance of media reports and a video clip showing two cops dragging an unconscious man inside the district hospital here, senior superintendent of police (SSP) J Ravinder Goud has suspended the two constables seen in the clip. Bilal was then to be produced at a magistrate’s court.SHO of Katghar, Sanjay Garg said, “We only came to know about the incident from the video, which shows an unconscious Bilal being dragged by the constables down a corridor of the hospital. Now an inquiry has been ordered into the matter and we have sought a reply from the constables about why they did not use the stretcher when Bilal was unconscious.”Garg added that Bilal had no prior criminal record at the police station.
