Traffic officials said that the drive against underage driving will continue in the coming days.Speaking to TOI, superintendent of police (traffic) Kamlesh Bahadur said, “We have been launching several enforcement drives in the city. Besides, we have been holding several awareness programmes in schools and colleges to make students aware of the traffic rules and regulations and the consequences of violating the norms. Several drives against traffic indiscipline by school children had been launched in the past as well but the violation of traffic rules is rampant among minors.”SP traffic added, “The blame lies with the parents as they handover vehicles to their minor children.
