2 kids among four killed in road accident

An FIR has been registered against the unidentified driver of the tractor-trolley who fled after the accident. The driver, identified as Banti (25), died in hospital.Local residents pulled out the three injured women, identified as Krishna, Kiran and Pinky, from the car. Moradabad: A woman and her two children were among four people who died in a road accident at Bhojpur, near Ramganga bridge, on Saturday morning when their car collided with a brick-loaded tractor-trolley. Three women who were travelling in the car were critically injured. They were admitted to the district hospital from where they were referred to the trauma centre of Vivekananda Hospital.Police said the brick-laden tractor-trolley has been impounded.

Moradabad: A woman and her two children were among four people who died in a road accident at Bhojpur, near Ramganga bridge, on Saturday morning when their car collided with a brick-loaded tractor-trolley. Three women who were travelling in the car were critically injured. All the victims were residents of Hayatnagar in neighbouring Sambhal district.Speaking with TOI, station officer of Bhojpur, Ajay Veer Singh said, “Two children and their mother died on the spot while the driver of the car died at the district hospital. They were returning home after attending a marriage ceremony at Ramnagar in Uttarakhand.” The driver of the tractor-trolley fled after the accident.Those who died on the spot were identified as Babita (24), her four-year-old son Ansh and year-old daughter Tanvi.
