PILIBHIT: Pilibhit Tiger Reserve authorities and Uttarakhand’s Terai East forest authorities have have began joint patrolling of forests as poachers are most active during the monsoons when day-to-day monitoring becomes difficult.Both deputy director of PTR Adarsh Kumar and divisional forest officer of Terai East forest division NM Tripathi conducted a 7-km foot patrolling on Friday along with their respective forest teams.According to Kumar, they will hold a monthly review meeting alternatively at both forest offices.
