BJP ‘cares for cess, not cleanliness’: SP MP

Lack of sanitation caused outbreak, even as the Centre collects cleanliness cess even on petrol and diesel.”“In Bareilly and Badaun, even paracetamol was not made available in government hospitals and patients succumbed to fever,” alleged Yadav.Holding chief minister Yogi Adityanath accountable for 44 deaths, Yadav said the way the state government dealt with the epidemic-like situation, “it exposed the Yogi government’s insensitivity towards healthcare of people.”Yadav also criticised Yogi for his advice to western UP farmers “not to cultivate sugarcane on large scale”.
