When she picked him up, the child started crying due to pain and blood was also coming out of his private part, said police.She immediately informed her husband, who rushed the child to the community health centre, said police.After preliminary medication at CHC, doctor referred the child to the district hospital, and told the parents to inform police as it was a medico-legal matter.After Jalalabad police was informed about the incident, an FIR was registered, and police recorded the statements of the child’s parents.
