Bareilly: A 53-year-old farmer drowned in Baigul river in Partapur village under Shahi police station on Monday morning.Deceased’s nephew Dinesh said, “Around 7.30am, my uncle Ram Lal and his friend and neighbour Herprasad left for their fields trans Beygul, and took a ‘jugaad naav’ (air-tube boat made up of truck’s tubes) to cross the river.
