Apart from Indians, the live audio was heard by people residing in Mauritius, England, America, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Bangladesh and Nepal. Bareilly: The audio of three-day event of 100th Urs-e-Razvi of Aala Hazrat was streamed live on social media to facilitate women and other devotees across the world who could not attend it in Bareilly. He said 2.60 lakh books of Aala Hazrat were distributed for free among public. The Urs was also trending on social media.

Besides, loudspeakers of nearly 50 mosques situated in Bareilly villages were connected with live programme of Urs.Zubair Raza Khan Qadri, head of IT cell, dargah Aala Hazrat said, “Maulana Subhan Raza Khan, head of dargah Aala Hazrat, ensured live audio system to help followers who could not make it to the main event at Islamia ground in Bareilly. Apart from Indians, the live audio was heard by people residing in Mauritius, England, America, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Bangladesh and Nepal. Besides, as the loudspeakers of mosques were connected to live audio programme, many villages in Bareilly observed the Urs.”Meanwhile, the religious ceremony of ‘Qul Sharif’ was held at 2.38 pm at Islamia ground when lakhs of followers of Aala Hazrat read out prayers. “As Urs-e-Razvi is organised to observe the death anniversary of Mujadid Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Qadri, who is popularly known as Aala Hazrat and who propagated Sunni Barelvi school of Islam, the Qul Sharif is done at 2.38 pm when Aala Hazrat had breathed his last 100 years ago,” said Nasir Qureshi of dargah Aala Hazrat. During the three-day long event, clerics who gathered from across the world asked people to follow on the path of Aala Hazrat.Apart from Islamia ground, the Urs-e-Razvi was also observed at Islamic Study Centre in Mathurapur. Salman Hasan Khan, vice president of Jamat Raza-e-Mustafa, said prayers were conducted to maintain peace and harmony among countries. He said 2.60 lakh books of Aala Hazrat were distributed for free among public.
