Cops nab 3 persons for murder of trader in Bhamora

Bareilly: In a major breakthrough in the embroidery trader’s killing case, police have nabbed three of the seven accused. “We found as many as 19 cases of dacoits, attempt to murder , and others, against Niksu in our crime-records. We have seized two country-made pistols, a four-wheeler, and Rs 10, 570 cash from the accused,” Bhartiya said.It is to be noted that two accused were caught on the day of the incident by the villagers. We are conducting raids to nab the absconding accused,” Bhartiya added.For those unfamiliar with the case, on November 14, seven persons had barged into the house of an embroidery trader Chaman in Bamiyana village under Bhamora police station with an intention of robbing his house. However, when Chaman resisted their attempts, he was allegedly gunned him down by the dacoits.

Bareilly: In a major breakthrough in the embroidery trader’s killing case, police have nabbed three of the seven accused. The three arrested accused include the mastermind and his two accomplices. The accused were arrested after a fierce gun battle with policemen.Superintendent of police (crime) Ramesh Kumar Bhartiya, said, “On receiving a tip-off about the location of the accused, seven crime branch police team members along with nine policemen of Bhamora police station including station house officer (SHO), Vijay Pratap Singh rushed to the accused’s hidden location at Bichuraiya Sirsa village near Balliya Chandpur road under Aonla police station on Tuesday around 1 am, where five accused – Niksu, Dilshad, Nehaluddin, Nisaruddin and Fabuddin, all native of Badaun district, were in a car and were about to head somewhere. After seeing our team, accused Niksu, who is also the mastermind of this case, started non-stop firing on us.”The police managed to catch three of the accused while Nisaruddin and Fabuddin managed to flee from the scene. Niksu sustained a leg injury in the cross-firing. “We found as many as 19 cases of dacoits, attempt to murder , and others, against Niksu in our crime-records. We have seized two country-made pistols, a four-wheeler, and Rs 10, 570 cash from the accused,” Bhartiya said.It is to be noted that two accused were caught on the day of the incident by the villagers. Police have launched a hunt for the remaining two accused who managed an escape.“We have already lodged an FIR under sections 395 (dacoity), 396 (dacoity with murder), 397 (dacoity, with attempt to cause death or grievous hurt) of IPC.
