Subway construction: Eight trains between Bareilly and Pilibhit to be rescheduled

It will take 18 hours, from 4am to 6pm.”According to PRO, passenger train (55362 and 55363) between Pilibhit and Bareilly City and Lalkuan-Bareilly City passenger (55348 and 55347) will terminate and originate from Bhojipura railway station.Similarly, some other trains that will be short cancelled between Bhojipura and Bareilly City are 55364, 55361 and 55351 passenger trains. Bareilly: As many as eight trains running between Bareilly and Pilibhit will either be terminated or rescheduled as there will be no train movement for 18 hours between Bareilly City and Bhojipura due to construction of a subway at the level crossing near IVRI road , said officials of North Eastern Railway (NER).The subway is being constructed for the pedestrians and bicycle users at the level crossing number 242 near Izzatnagar railway station. It will also connect IVRI road to Nainital road. These trains will also be originated from Bhojipura station.

Notably, the construction of a flyover is also underway for the heavy vehicles.NER public relation officer Rajendra Singh said, “On November 25, we had suspended traffic movement for six hours to place reinforced concrete cement (RCC) blocks under the railway tracks for the subway construction . Now, on Sunday, the remaining work will be completed under the second track on this route. It will take 18 hours, from 4am to 6pm.”According to PRO, passenger train (55362 and 55363) between Pilibhit and Bareilly City and Lalkuan-Bareilly City passenger (55348 and 55347) will terminate and originate from Bhojipura railway station.Similarly, some other trains that will be short cancelled between Bhojipura and Bareilly City are 55364, 55361 and 55351 passenger trains.
