Bullet-riddled body of Moradabad RTI activist found in Shamli

Muzaffarnagar/ Moradabad: The bullet-ridden decomposed body of an RTI activist, Qasim Saifi (32), who went missing from his house on December 27 from Pakwara area in Moradabad, was found in the sugarcane fileds of Kandhla area in Shamli district. A Moradabad police team found the body. Moradabad police is investigating the matter.”According to police sources, Saifi ran a private school in the village. Main accused, identified as Vikas Chaudhry, is a property dealer who allegedly lured him to Shamli in the name of finding a financier there. Saifi was missing for two weeks and a case of his abduction had been registered at Pakwara police station on December 27 by his older brother.
