They rushed him to hospital, but doctors declared him dead on arrival.Police lodged an FIR following the court’s directions on February 7 under section 302 (murder), 420 (cheating) and 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence) of IPC against Gulshan and Muskan.On Thursday, investigating officer MM Mishra in a letter to DM sought his permission to exhume Yusuf’s body for postmortem to ascertain the cause of his death.
