Pilibhit: Three brothers aged between 28 years and 35 years have been for allegedly raping a neighbourhood woman, capturing the act on film and uploading the video online. The trio is absconding now. The survivor filed a written complaint on Thursday afternoon at Neuria police station.The SHO of Neuria police station, Jaspal Singh Gwal, said an FIR had been lodged against the three brothers under IPC section 376 (rape), 500 (defamation) and 506 (criminal intimidation) besides section 66 of the Information Technology Act.In her comeplaint, the woman, 25, said she had been married three years ago. Eight months ago, her neighbour, Athar, allegedly raped her when her husband was away. He captured the act on video and forced her to have a physical relationship with him.When her husband came to know about this, she opposed Athar. In retaliation, he barged into her house on July 10 along with his two brothers — Azhar and Qamar. They were armed with long sticks. The trio allegedly raped and threatened to make the video public if she dared to oppose the illicit relationship, the woman claimed.After this incident, her husband threw her out of from home, leaving her to fend for herself.
