The final round of political crisis in Karnataka is progressing in absolutely a flimsy manner. Amid speculation over his success in Assembly floor test, 3 days CM has surprisingly resigned from the post.

Ahead of the floor test, Yeddyurappa’s resignation is assumed as a victory of Opposition Congress and JD-S.  Meanwhile, three Congress lawmakers were missing in the Karnataka assembly during members sworn in.

The three days long power tussle has broken all political courtesy and the state has witnessed painful undemocratic developments.

Kumaraswamy  may have the crown but whatever happened in last few days will be read as black chapter in the history of Karnataka politics.

The leaders have flexed their muscles in the states but the entire episode has left an irreparable dent on Indian democracy.
