B'luru: Cab aggregators face trust deficit

The app-based aggregators promised safe, cheap and hassle-free rides for commuters as well as better incentives for drivers.Six years later, a lot has changed. But the increasing incidence of cabbies molesting women, refusing rides, assaulting passengers and dumping them midway, besides being involved in road-rage incidents has resulted in trust deficit.“I’m worried about increasing attacks by these cab drivers, but there’s no alternative for us. We’ve also asked cab aggregators to create awareness among drivers.
