Stolen rental car traced

A rental car which was stolen from Bengaluru on June 18 has been found in a bus stand in Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh. On June 18, Mahesh Nutan Kumar, a 24-year-old resident of Venkatanagar in East Godavari, hired the car from a self-drive company. The car has been towed to Ashok Nagar police station. He had submitted a copy of a driving licence that belonged to Sai Kumar, a 22-year-old resident of Indrapalam in Kakinada. He has been communicating with his family only through internet calls, which are difficult to trace.
