Teen wears mother’s clothes, hangs himself

KOLAR: A 16-year-old boy committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of his house in KGF town on Monday morning. They returned home around 8.45am to find their only son hanging.Harish told TOI that while committing suicide, the boy had removed all his clothes and put on his mother’s clothes. Last Wednesday, a 16-year-old girl student from the same college had committed suicide. He said though the exact reason why the boy took the extreme step was yet to be ascertained, he seemed to be suffering from a chromosomal condition. The I PU student of a private college was alone in the house when he took the extreme step.According to R Harish , PSI at Robertsonpet police station, the boy’s parents woke him up around 7.45am and asked him to get ready for college before going out.
