They will soon be able to access a computerized library at their gram panchayat office itself.The state government will set up digital village libraries in 70 gram panchayats (GPs) on a pilot basis in the Hyderabad-Karnataka region, comprising Kalaburagi, Bidar, Yadgir, Raichur, Koppal and Ballari districts to deliver e-services and e-information.“We’re installing digital library kiosks which are expected to start functioning from next month,” said Subodh Yadav, secretary of Hyderabad Karnataka Regional Development Board (HKRDB) and regional commissioner of Kalaburagi division.
