more-in The medical reports of a four-year-old girl, whose parents said she was sexually assaulted while at school in Dasarahalli, has revealed that there is “no evidence of sexual intercourse”. The city police had interrogated a security guard, accused in the complaint, but found no evidence that he had interacted with the girl. Chetan Singh Rathore, Deputy Commissioner of Police, North division, said the police had received the medical reports on Monday. “But, we will investigate if the victim was subjected to other forms of sexual abuse. We have booked a case under POCSO,” he said. He also pointed out that they were collecting other evidence. Mr. Rathore said the police were examining CCTV footage for a period of 10 days before the police complaint was registered.“We have looked through six days CCTV footage and have found no evidence. We will look through the remaining four days footage as well,” he said. The police are also waiting to get in touch with the parents and the child to gather more details.
