In the final match (U-14 boys’ category), Mansa defeated Patiala 34-14 and won the state championship trophy. In third position match, Mohali defeated Sri Muktsar Sahib. At closing ceremony of the games, Bathinda Tehsildar Sukhveer Singh Brar was chief guest. District Education Officer Bathinda Kulwant Singh welcomed the guest.

District Education Officer Bathinda Kulwant Singh welcomed the guest. The chief guest congratulated the players and coaches. He said sports were important for all-round development of the person. He honoured the winning team.
