Dengue larvae: 59 challans issued in Muktsar dist

Besides, the district administration has also asked the health authorities and municipal authorities to do fogging of mosquito repellent in the remaining areas.” However, some local residents said the administration had failed to maintain cleanliness in these towns. “The officials are issuing challans if they find dengue larvae. Besides, they have failed to do their duty diligently in providing a clean atmosphere. They should also be punished for their slack approach,” claimed some local residents. Meanwhile, Health Department officials have appealed to the public to visit the government hospitals if they have any doubt related to dengue fever. “The treatment is done without any cost,” they said.
