ITI students to get hands-on experience

Tribune News ServiceBathinda, December 10In its bid to enhance hands-on experience of students, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Honda Motorcycle and Scooters Pvt Ltd (HMSI) and Government ITI, Bathinda, on Tuesday. As part of its CSR activities, executive members from northern region of Honda also gifted two-wheelers to the ITI that would be utilised for providing practical knowledge to students. Gurpreet Kaur Gill, principal of the ITI, said, “As part of the agreement, a full-fledged workshop equipped with tools, advanced machinery, compressors and lift stands among others things was established at the ITI where students would be given hands-on experience and made abreast with latest advancements in the automobile industry.”
