Live cartridges found in bag of former Rajya Sabha MP's wife

BHOPAL: Two live cartridges were recovered from bag of a former Rajya Sabha member's wife at Raja Bhoj airport in Bhopal on Friday morning. She is wife of former Rajya Sabha member Surendra Singh Thakur CISF arrested her and handed her over to to Gandhi Nagar police station. Police have launched investigation in this regard.Police said Archana Thakur was not allowed to board the Delhi-bound flight in the morning after two cartridges were found in her bag. Police said during interrogation Archana told that she carried the cartridges in her bag by mistake.Police have not filed any FIR till this report was filed. For further investigation police have not allowed Archana to move out of police station.
