Four children among 10 killed as rain lashes state

In flooded Mandsaur, three employees of JK Cements and their driver drowned as their car was swept off a submerged bridge near Gulaniya village on Tuesday evening.Witnesses say the driver, Navratan Goyal, ignored warnings by villagers and tried to cross the bridge on Maria Khal Nullah, Mandsaur SP Manoj Kumar Singh said.
