Mistress can’t be tried for wife’s suicide’

The woman moved the high court challenging the trial court order to frame charges against her.On Wednesday, a singlejudge bench of Justice Anjuli Palo asked for the deletion of the woman’s name from the chargesheet and observed that she could not be charged with dowry harassment and culpable homicide just because she had an extramarital relationship with the victim’s husband.
