BHOPAL: Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced an assistance of Rs1 crore to the relatives of 60-year-old deputy ranger of forest department Subedar Singh Kushwaha who was crushed to death by a tractor ferrying illegally mined sand in Morena district on Friday morning. “The mining mafia in Morena killed IPS officer Narendra Kumar and now again in Morena there is news of the murder of deputy ranger Subedar Singh Kushwaha,” he posted.Friday’s brutal killing was caught on CCTV. The forest department sanctioned a Rs10 lakh to Kushwaha's wife Neelam on Saturday.Police have registered a case of murder against four people for the brutal killing of forest officer on duty.
