He said: “With the changing world, there is an urgent need for a change in governance. We are following 50-year-old governance model and the achievements have also lasted till retirement from work. One must learn from Telangana state where satisfaction has surprisingly turned into their achievements.”Stressing the need to follow the catchword ‘Badlav’, the chief minister said that bureaucrats must bring change with time. He said government policies are good, but the execution is poor. The delivery system is ineffective hence, the positive results of the schemes fail to reach the public, he said.“We need to focus and improve the delivery process. This is the biggest challenge.
