BHOPAL: The Madhya Pradesh government’s official website seems to give wrong information about the education of at least two ministers — it lists them as graduates whereas their affidavits for the 2018 assembly election say they didn’t finish graduation.Six of the 28 cabinet ministers in Madhya Pradesh aren’t graduates, and the website says so. Two of them are doctors — culture and medical education minister Vijay Laxmi Sadho and school education minister Prabhuram Choudhary — while cooperatives, parliamentary affairs minister Govind Singh has a BAMS degree. Imarti Devi had landed in controversy on Republic Day when she failed to read her speech and handed it to the collector. The website lists their education correctly — Sisodia ‘pursued BSc till second year’, Jaiswas has a diploma in civil engineering and Imarti Devi is ‘HS pass’. Urban development and housing minister Jaivardhan Singh is a masters in public administration while agriculture minister Sachin Subhash Yadav is a commerce graduate.
