BHOPAL: A special Lokayukta court on Saturday sentenced a police head constable to four years rigorous imprisonment for bribery. After trial, the court of ADJ Sanjeev Pandey convicted Yadav and sentenced him to imprisonment along with the fine. He was pressurising him to pay the rest Rs 2,000.Gour said that after investigating the complaint, the Lokayukta cops nabbed Yadav red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 2000 from Nagle on February 27, 2015. He alleged that head constable Ishwar Yadav , deployed at the SDM court was demanding a bribe of the amount from him to settle the matter and took part payment of Rs 10,000 on the day the case was presented before the court.
