Plantation drive held at MP State Equestrian Academy

To observe World Environment Day, a plantation drive was held at Madhya Pradesh State Equestrian Academy and State Shooting Academy on Friday. On the occasion of World Environment Day, a large number of Kadamba, Champa, Gulmohar, Guava saplings were planted on the occasion of World Environment Day at the Equestrian and Shooting Academy located at Vishankhedi Goregaon. In the plantation programme, Arjun Awardi, Sailing Instructor of Water Sports Academy, GL Yadav, Equestrian Academy Instructor Capt. It is noteworthy that World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5. Creating public awareness of the environment and ensuring the responsibility of every person in keeping the environment clean is the main objective of World Environment Day.

To observe World Environment Day, a plantation drive was held at Madhya Pradesh State Equestrian Academy and State Shooting Academy on Friday. The plantation drive was carried out by Director Sports and Youth Welfare, Shri V.K. Singh, and other officials and Olympians and international players planted saplings. Director Sports and Youth Welfare V.K. Singh congratulated everyone on World Environment Day. On the occasion of World Environment Day, a large number of Kadamba, Champa, Gulmohar, Guava saplings were planted on the occasion of World Environment Day at the Equestrian and Shooting Academy located at Vishankhedi Goregaon. Director Sports and Youth Welfare Singh planted Champa. Joint Director Vinod Pradhan and BS Yadav also planted Champa saplings. Hockey Olympian Sameer Daad and World Number Two Snooker player Kamal Chawla planted Kadamb saplings. Similarly, international shooting player Chinki Yadav and Sunidhi Chauhan, sailing player Ekta Yadav, Taekwondo player Latika Bhandari, boxing player Mahi Lama Shruti Yadav and Saurabh Yadav also planted saplings of different species. In the plantation programme, Arjun Awardi, Sailing Instructor of Water Sports Academy, GL Yadav, Equestrian Academy Instructor Capt. Bhagirath, Rowing Academy Instructor Pijush Bharoi, Shooting Instructor Sunita Lakhan, Sarvashri Vaibhav Sharma, Indrajit Sikdar, Jayawardhan Singh, Sanjay Singh Rathore and Oshin Tawani, Boxing Academy Instructor Roshan Lal, Athletics Academy Trainers Virender Singh, Shipra Christ, Anupama Srivastava, Ghanshyam Yadav and other trainers, sportspersons and departmental officials planted the saplings with enthusiastic participation. It is noteworthy that World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5. Creating public awareness of the environment and ensuring the responsibility of every person in keeping the environment clean is the main objective of World Environment Day.
