Encroached land freed by BHEL, bamboo, iron sheets, tarpolin seized

Over half a acre land was freed from encroachers by BHEL administration employees at F Sector Barkheda on Tuesday. During the action goods used for shanties like bamboo, iron sheets, tarpolin etc were seized from the area and submitted with the Sampada Bhawan. Following warrant issued by Sampada Court stall no 4 at Govindpura C sector was removed. Among other actions staff quarters no 169 D-2, D Sector, Piplani and no 344 N2, D- sector Barkheda were evacuated from illegal residents in the quarters and were handed over to civil department of BHEL. The illegally built cemented platform behind Govindpura weekly market where encroacher was selling mutton was razed in the operation.

In the same manner encroachers at the raod side congesting road creating traffic problems were removed by anti encroachment staff which reached to vacate the area from Piplani Gurudwara to Awadpuri trisection. Using the public announcement system traders were suggested to remove their goods which were on the road for sale. Following warrant issued by Sampada Court stall no 4 at Govindpura C sector was removed. Among other actions staff quarters no 169 D-2, D Sector, Piplani and no 344 N2, D- sector Barkheda were evacuated from illegal residents in the quarters and were handed over to civil department of BHEL. The illegally built cemented platform behind Govindpura weekly market where encroacher was selling mutton was razed in the operation. All the illegally built platforms were razed from the area with the help of JCB. The anti-encroachment drive was conducted under guidance of Senior Deputy General Manager ML Nagore, In charge of Eviction RP Tripathi and supported by the eviction, security and civil department of BHEL and police.
