Police nab 3 for killing 7-month-old infant

Gunga police have nabbed three accused involved in killing of a seven month old baby at Ratua village over a issue of fencing on Monday; accused attacked baby's father with wooden sticks while he was carrying her. According to the police, Mukesh Yadav, Samandar Yadav and Shivnarayan Kushwaha were nabbed who attacked Manish resulting in death of his seven month old baby. The victim father claimed that the accused were not ready to mend their ways and continued with their nuisance. The father of the deceased was not willing to perform last rites and demanded to arrest the accused involved in the killing. The police found that the their is disputed land in front of the house of the accused and victim on which the two claim ownership.

According to the police, Mukesh Yadav, Samandar Yadav and Shivnarayan Kushwaha were nabbed who attacked Manish resulting in death of his seven month old baby. Manish told police that the three had a fight with his wife over fencing and when he was carrying her daughter Mishty the three attacked with wooden sticks in which she sustained injury in her head and started to bleed profusely. She was rushed to hospital where she was declared dead. The victim father claimed that the accused were not ready to mend their ways and continued with their nuisance. The accused escaped the spot and were later nabbed from Sagoni Kotra Chopda forest. During the investigation a case under section 302 of the IPC was registered and further investigations were started. The father of the deceased was not willing to perform last rites and demanded to arrest the accused involved in the killing. The police found that the their is disputed land in front of the house of the accused and victim on which the two claim ownership. Manish has fenced the road to the land and three persons from Yadav's family broke the fencing which lead to the verbal spate and fight.
