An interactive webinar on 'Conflict Management' was organised at Sect College on Sunday. It is to be noted that a series of webinars were started recently in Sect College, Bhopal, whose first webinar was based on Conflict Management. The key speaker of the webinar was Professor Pawan Mishra, Barkatullah University. Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict while increasing the positive aspects of conflict. The aim of conflict management is to enhance learning and group outcomes, including effectiveness or performance in an organizational setting. The second webinar in the same series was based on the language and communication skills. The subject expert, who is the chief art analyst, announcer Vinay Upadhyay. He has won many national and regional awards of State, was the keynote speaker. Explaining the meaning of communication skills through words such as ism, dialogue, nad, mesmerised all teachers, students, and other listeners. During the webinar, he gave a lot of new information and experiences to the audience. He gave information about today's language style and pre-established common language style. He also gave a comparative discussion and inspired teachers to establish skills in language and communication. Vinay talked on how to develop the skills of communication and many questions were asked by the audience. Organized by Satyendra Khare, Principal of the college, it was an interactive webinar.
