A webinar was conducted on Tuesday at AISECT university. A design forum was launched during the webinar. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with the National Institute of Design (NID) to acknowledge the requirements of good design processes and work on multi-pronged efforts in the designing industry for businesses in MP launched CII-NID Design Forum. Design Thinking has now become an important aspect for MP's industry as it plays a positive role in the process of transition from strategy development to institute. At the webinar, it was discussed that this will help to increase the design competition among the forum members, while improving the quality of products and services. The CII-NID Madhya Pradesh Design Forum organized the first meeting on Tuesday to discuss the immediate and long-term impact initiatives that could benefit the forum members. This will provide members with information on various industry needs and help them to partner with business leaders and visionaries. Among the keynote speakers, Vice President of Mahindra Group and Had Shreyas Bakshi of Innovation, addressed the first meeting of the Design Forum and shared their views on the process of innovation and new product development. He said, "Industrial transformation done by design help can achieve the goal of self-sufficient India more easily and will help in establishing India and Madhya Pradesh as a technologically advanced nation."
